The Rum and Sargassum project received a USD $100,000 grant from Blue Chip Foundation to initiate 22 months of research, starting in December 2019.

Blue Chip Foundation focuses on alleviating extreme poverty through economic, educational, and social enterprise initiatives in support of the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals.
