Dear Dr. Henry,

I am interested in upgrading my vehicle to dual fuel (enabling me to switch between inexpensive CNG and gasoline) and in purchasing CNG from Rum & Sargassum Bridge (Barbados) Inc. through your mobile refuelling service.

What I understand this to mean.

1. Rum & Sargassum Bridge will carry out a free assessment of my vehicle to confirm its suitability and my likely fuel savings.

2. The kit installation costs approximately $5,000 BBD. If requested, Rum & Sargassum Bridge may facilitate an application, on my behalf, for a low-interest loan with their partner bank to finance it. Any loan remains a matter between me and the bank, subject to the bank's own approval and terms.

3. CNG would be supplied at a price below the equivalent cost of gasoline and refuelled at my agreed location.

4. Should I proceed onto a three-year service contract, I would be billed on a post-paid basis — fuelling first and paying afterwards.

This letter is not binding. It is an expression of intent only. It does not commit me to buy anything, to take out a loan, or to enter into any contract, and it does not commit Rum & Sargassum Bridge to supply. It simply records my intent so that my vehicle can be assessed and a firm quotation prepared. I am free to withdraw at any time, and any binding agreement would be a separate document that I would review and sign only if I chose to proceed.

On behalf of , I write to express our intent to engage Rum & Sargassum Bridge (Barbados) Inc. to install CNG kits in our vehicles to dual-fuel operation and to supply Compressed Natural Gas through your mobile refuelling service.

Trial commitment. We wish to begin with a 90-day trial of — vehicle(s) from our fleet. This trial will allow both parties to confirm the fuel savings, the achievable CNG blend, and the suitability of the service for our operation.

Wider fleet. Our total fleet comprises approximately — vehicles. Subject to a successful trial, we would consider extending the service across a larger portion of this fleet.

Path to a customer agreement. On satisfactory completion of the 90-day trial, we intend to enter into a customer agreement to become a post-paid customer of Rum & Sargassum Bridge (Barbados) Inc., with fuel invoiced on a post-paid basis and payment due fortnightly in arrears.

Non-binding. This Letter of Intent is an expression of intent only. It is not legally binding and creates no obligation to purchase or supply. Binding rights and obligations will arise only under a definitive written agreement signed by both parties.

I agree that Rum & Sargassum Bridge may share this letter with banks and financing partners in support of the CNG programme.
