Legena Henry, CEO and Founder of Rum and Sargassum, was pleased to attend a November 23 reception in Bridgetown marking the official visit to Barbados of Myriam Ferran, Deputy Director General, Directorate-General for International Partnerships at the European Council.
Henry was invited by Malgorzata Wasilewska, Ambassador of the European Union to Barbados, the Eastern Caribbean States, OECS and CARICOM/CARIFORUM.
Other officials in attendance from the Caribbean delegation of the European Union included: Olga Baus, Deputy Head of Unit B2; David Mogollon, Head of Cooperation; Luca Trinchieri, Team Leader, Green Deal Partnership; and Donna Gittens, Programme Manager, Climate Change, Green Deal Partnership.
