In a recently published, wide-reaching and thought-provoking series, award-winning independent publication Christian Science Monitor tackles the unique, complex origin story of Rum and Sargassum Inc.

The Barbados-based start-up produces fossil-fuel free, renewable compressed natural gas for car and trucks, using low-cost, locally available inputs including rum industry wastewater, Sargassum seaweed and Barbados Blackbelly sheep manure.
